Standard ground ball screw

A new type of end cap system is used in the super large lead design.

The large-lead ground ball screw with accuracy class C5F is a standard stock product.

Since the two shaft ends of the screw are not processed, separate processing must be performed in order to meet the needs of the user's design.

Features

High linear speed at low speed

   : In order to obtain a linear speed of 1000mm/s, if a ball screw with a diameter and lead of 20mm is used, the speed is 3000min; if a rolling screw with a lead of 60mm is used, the speed is only 1000min, which can reduce vibration, Noise and heat.

   Furthermore, if the rotation speed of the ball screw with a lead of 60mm is 3000min, the linear speed can reach 3000mm/s.

End cap use

The use of the end cap type realizes a large lead.

The two-end/three-end thread of the inner loop ensures the balance of static load and movement.

lubricating

Use lithium soap-based grease with excellent water resistance and heat resistance as grease. Which spindle oil or turbine oil (#90~#180) should be used as the lubricating oil.
